Question: Is there any time you aren’t available? What about late nights/weekends?

Answer: This is an easy one because we are always available…as in 24/7, around-the-clock availability.

Question: Are there keys and locks that cannot be copied?

Answer: Yes. We can replace your current locks and keys with a high-end, restricted key system called EVVA. Once installed, keys cannot be copied unless someone with an authorised signature requests and signs for them.

Question: I know you help with locks and keys…but what about security systems?

 

Answer: Absolutely. Modern tech advancements make it easier than ever to have a high-quality, closed-circuit TV (CCTV) security system installed in your home. Our technicians are experts in all security solutions including home security systems, cameras, and tech, and we are happy to create a custom quote for you and your home.

And if you want something you can access remotely when you’re out of the house we can help with that, too.

 

Question: What happens if my alarm is triggered while I’m away from my home?

 

Answer: You won’t always be home when your security system does its job. Thankfully, alarm notifications can be set to alert you via your mobile device when an alarm in your home has been activated.

 

Question: Do you install or work on other locks beside doors?

 

Answer: We do. One & Only technicians can install and/or repair locks on windows, garages, and cabinets. If it needs a lock, we can install one…and if it needs a new lock, we can replace it.
